Club Rules and Etiquette
With an ever evolving legal cannabis landscape in New Jersey, often we are forced to adapt or change directions quickly to make sure we are working within the legal and regulatory framework provided. That being said we are officially established as a private club which allows us some good ol’ civil liberties BUT have some unbreakable rules and requests for members and their guests.
- UNBREAKABLE! There are to be NO SALES OF CANNABIS on site, or soliciting of sales from another member or guest of a member. This is not a “wink-wink” scenario, this is a very clear cut and unbreakable rule that you will be asked to immediately leave and forfeit your membership if you decide to break that rule.
- Do not bring more weed than you plan to smoke or share. Do not bring sample jars or bags to hand out. There will be no backpacks allowed in store or in the club, we will have free lockers available for black and gold members to store your things if you need to bring a bag.
- Do not steal. Do not borrow without asking. Do not help yourself to any other persons food, weed or other possessions. Thieves will get no mercy.
- Watch your mouth and don’t ruin a good thing by talking too much. That goes not only for in the club, but also outside in your day to day life. Think about it this way- we want to build a strong and healthy community. So only talk to, bring or refer people who you would bring to your own home.
- Last no weapons or alcohol allowed EVER!
That’s it! No sales. No weight. No thieves. No blabbers. No weapons. No Booze!
