Club Information
We have been asked enough about the legality of our space, and would like to be clear about who we are. Our club exists as a private entity for members only as any private social club is operated in the United States, following all state and local laws. With the property owner’s permission, we have an outdoor cannabis consumption space and indoor consultation and education space separated from our retail space, in which we permit cannabis consumption. Our indoor space follows the laws outlined in the New Jersey smoking ban, in which our private social club with over 30 members (some of which volunteer without pay) has had recent fire inspections, and proper signage with the proper sized lettering to where smoking is and is not permitted.
Though we have nothing to hide, law enforcement is not welcome without identifying themselves first given their history of harassment and aggression toward our store and community.
Club Rules and Etiquette
With an ever evolving legal cannabis landscape in New Jersey, often we are forced to adapt or change directions quickly to make sure we are working within the legal and regulatory framework provided.
- UNBREAKABLE! There are to be NO SALES OF CANNABIS on site, or soliciting of sales from another member or guest of a member. This is not a “wink-wink” scenario, this is a very clear cut and unbreakable rule that you will be asked to immediately leave and forfeit your membership if you decide to break that rule.
- LEGAL LIMITS! Do not bring more weed than you plan to smoke or share. Do not bring sample jars or bags to hand out. No soliciting sales whatsoever. No backpacks allowed in store or in the club, we will have free lockers available for black and gold members to store your things if you need to bring a bag.
- USE DISCERNMENT! Following the CRC’s recommendations, we encourage people to bring cannabis obtained through legal means. Unfortunately we cannot tell the difference between “legal” and “illicit” cannabis through visual or sensory inspection, so members and attendees will need to use the “honor code” and best judgement as to where the cannabis has been obtained. We are happy to dispose of any unwanted or “illicit” cannabis that members bring accidentally.
- NO MIDS!!! Just don’t bring em. There’s too much heat getting passed around here, don’t embarrass yourself with hastily grown, poorly cured “budweiser” cannabis. Don’t bring flower that you know has been contaminated, has had mold, pest or other critical issues. Especially do not bring cannabis which you know has been sprayed in bloom with ANY insecticides or preventative sprays. If your new to growing, then just come soak up game and enjoy the sesh. We got your back here, and theres always someone with weed to share. No flavored blunt wraps or crappy novelty papers, and DEFINITELY no flower with sprayed terps. Basically FOH not welcome, sorry not sorry.
- DO NOT STEAL! Do not borrow without asking. Do not help yourself to any other persons food, weed or other possessions. Thieves will get no mercy. Lifetime ban, public embarrassment, outcasted from a thriving community forever.
- DON’T FUCK IT UP! It only takes one person to ruin a good thing, and someone always does. Just don’t be that person. Nothing is forever so enjoy the space while its here and conduct yourself with good intentions.
- LASTLY, NO WEAPONS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED EVER! Lifetime ban. These things do not mix with cannabis in our space.
