Excellent beneficial mite for warmer growing conditions!
Amblyseius swirskii are an excellent beneficial mite for preventative control of thrips, whitefly and various mite species. A. swirskii adults resembles Amblyseius cucumeris in appearance and take on the color of what they are consuming. Adult females lay eggs arranged on leaf hairs. When temperatures reach 77°F the larvae hatch and mature to adulthood in about a week. This predatory beneficial prefers warm, humid environments but survives cooler nights by moving to lower locations on the plants. They do not enter diapause when temperatures cool so they are efficient in areas where temperatures drop below 60°F; however, eggs do not hatch in temperatures that low. Repeated releases of adults will be necessary in the presence of low temperatures. Depending on the stage of development, the Amblyseius swirskii can consume about 10 thrips or whitefly larvae a day and up to about 20 whitefly eggs per day. This beneficial can survive by consuming pollen and mold.

Optimal Conditions:

Temperature: 77-85°F (can remain active to 60°F)
Relative Humidity: 70%
Release before the onset of infestation.
In warm and humid environments they reproduce quickly. They are an optimal choice for crops grown under protection in warm environments. A. swirskii can be used until nighttime temperatures drop below 60°F. Sachets are best used preventively. For spot treatment, use liter tubes or bulk bag sizes.
Release Rates: Some crops, including tomatoes & other highly resinous crops, require higher release rates.

Shaker Tube & Bag – 10 per square foot biweekly as needed. Apply weekly during propagation.
Sachets on Sticks – Place one stick per propagation tray or pot. Use for young plant starts and when transplanting into pots.
Mini-Sachets on Hooks – Use one sachet per plant. If plants are touching, use one sachet every three plants. Use once plants mature and can support sachets.
Sachet Strips – Place strips within crop canopy along rows to reduce labor costs in large growing areas. Six strips per case.
Sachets will be active for about 4-6 weeks depending on infestation level and predator establishment.
For best results, do not use with A. cucumeris. Amblyseius swirskii is not recommended for use on tomato crop infestations.

While Green Cleaner treats the foliage above ground, Root Cleaner takes care of the problems in the soil and root zone. It treats the issue of pest control in a safe and consumer conscious manner. Best of all, it solves the issue of "immunity" by killing eggs and preventing pests from becoming resistant to it. Root Cleaner kills fungus gnats and their larvae, pythium and rhizoctonia, root rot and root damping-off, thrips, nematodes, root aphids, and more. For use in soil and coco. Use from start up to the day of harvest. Features: All Natural Concentrated Pests can’t build immunity to it No gloves, respirator, or suiting up required Kills pests and their eggs! No "product stacking" required Use from Start to HarvestKills fungus and mildew and is highly effective for the control of a broad spectrum of vegetable, fruit and ornamental plant fungal diseases. How it works: As a topical spray SNS 244C™ All Natural Fungicide kills the fungus through a biochemical interaction on the spores. Some of the components of SNS 244C™ All Natural Fungicide are also absorbed systemically by the plant, suppressing the life cycle of the fungal spores and nurturing the plant cells to increase the plant’s ability to fight the disease.Marshy swampy areas inundated with larvae? Summit Mosquito Bits can be used in any standing water including irrigation ponds, stock tanks, animal watering troughs, fallen leaves, etc. Sprinkle or broadcast Mosquito Bits (Quick Kill) as a shock to quickly annihilate the larval population. Corn cob granules coated in Bti, the Bits™ provide a punch, turning water black with larvae, to a clear pool void of future mosquitoes. A week after application either supplement with Mosquito Dunks, for long term control or continue to add Bits™ on a bi-weekly basis. Harmless to beneficial insects, pets, birds, fish, horses, livestock or wildlife. The Mosquito Bits are now labeled to control Fungus Gnats in plant beds or pots! Utilizing a similar mode of action for control of mosquito larvae, the Bits™, either sprinkled on the soils surface or mixed with potting soil prior to planting will kill fungus gnat larvae with the same safety and target specific control offered for mosquito larvae. 30 oz container covers up to 8,000 square feet.Optic Foliar OVERGROW is the only product on the market that is a dynamic, multi-purpose, ready-to-use spray that combines performance and growth with overall plant health.
