The HI98131 GroLine tester features a large multi level LCD which displays both pH, EC or TDS and temperature readings simultaneously. The pH readings are displayed with a 0.01 resolution and with an accuracy of +/-0.05 pH, while the EC and TDS readings are displayed with a 0.01 mS/cm and 10 ppm (mg/L) resolution and 2% full scale accuracy. The EC range of the HI98131 is from 0.01 to 6.00 mS/cm and TDS is from 0 to 3000 ppm using a 0.5 conversion factor. The HI98131 also offers the option to use a 0.7 (700 ppm) EC to TDS conversion factor. An exposed temperature sensor allows for rapid temperature compensated measurements of EC and TDS. The LCD screen has indicators for calibration status and stability. The battery percent level is displayed at start up alerting the user to the remaining battery power that is available. The HI98131 is a versatile pocket meter designed for hydroponics, greenhouse and agriculture applications.

The HI98131 is a versatile pocket meter designed for hydroponics, greenhouse and agriculture applications. | HI70300-023 is a GroLine storage solution prepared with reagent grade chemicals that can be used to ensure optimum performance of your pH and ORP electrodes. It is necessary to store a pH electrode in a solution in order to keep the glass membrane of the pH electrode hydrated. Ideally a storage solution should be used; never store an electrode in distilled or deionized water. The Hanna Instruments storage solution is specifically formulated to minimize microbial growth and to prevent any diffusion/osmotic effects from storing a probe in a solution with the highly concentrated inner reference electrolyte. Storing your pH and/or ORP electrodes in a storage solution will also keep the junction clear. Maintaining the hydrated layer and clear junction will help to ensure a fast and reliable measurement. In the case of cleaning your pH electrode in one of our cleaning solutions, we recommend soaking the electrode in the HI70300-023 GroLine storage solution for at least one hour before taking measurements. Special formulation to minimize microbial growth and osmotic/diffusion effects between the solution and inner reference electrolyte Manufactured specifically for pH and ORP electrodes | Ph Electrode replacement for HI98121, HI98127, HI98128, HI98129 and HI98130 | HI98318 is our latest pocket meter for measuring the EC/TDS of a hydroponic nutrient solution. This modern looking meter is only 0.7" thick and extremely ergonomic, fitting comfortably in your hand. The HI98318 has a very large easy to read LCD display that shows both EC or TDS and temperature along with calibration, stability and low battery indicators. All operations are simplified to two buttons. One is for turning the meter on/off and the other for automatic one point calibration. Details The GroLine Waterproof EC/TDS Tester is made specifically for hydroponics, provides a simple, inexpensive solution to measure fertilizer concentration in a nutrient solution. The HI98318 EC/TDS tester has a graphite sensor that reduces the polarization effect common with amperometric testers that use two stainless steel pins. Automatic calibration is achieved easily. Simply submerge the sensor in calibration solution and the meter will automatically detect the calibration standard (5.00 mS/cm in Quick Cal mode or 1.41 mS/cm in standard calibration mode). Temperature is automatically compensated for with the integrated temperature sensor. Features at-a-glance Waterproof Fast Automatic Temperature Compensation with exposed temperature probe Graphite sensors that reduce polarization effects 0.5 (500 ppm) and 0.7 (700 ppm) selectable EC to TDS conversion factors Single point automatic calibration using Quick Cal standard or 1.41 mS/cm in standard calibration mode 250 hour battery life | The Soil Test™ Direct Soil EC Tester - HI98331 is a rugged and reliable pocket-sized tester that offers quick and accurate readings. HI98331 features a stainless steel penetration probe for direct measurement of conductivity in soils. With a compact size, single button operation, and automatic calibration, Soil Test is an excellent choice for taking direct conductivity measurements in soil. Details The HI98331 features a stainless steel penetration electrode that provides the ability to take direct measurements in soil. When calibration is needed, simply submerge the electrode tip into calibration solution and and enter calibration mode for automatic 1 point calibration. Electrolytic conductivity, abbreviated as EC, is a measurement made in which electrical charges of particles in a medium are moved under the influence of a potential difference. EC is a measure of concentration, however, it is non-specic for ion type. An ion is a charged particle present in the solution that contributes to the current flow. Ions are formed when a salt such as sodium chloride is dissolved in water to form particles having electrical charges. Sodium chloride, separates into Na+ and Cl- Electrical conductance, the ability of a substance to conduct an electrical current is the reciprocal of electrical resistance. “Conductance” and “Resistance” depend on the geometrical dimensions of the substance being measured. Conductivity and resistivity are “normalized” terms that are used to denote a bulk intrinsic property of a substance. This is the measurement a standardized EC probe on a Conductivity or resistivity meter provides. Conductivity measurements can be used to provide additional industry specific measurements; TDS, Salinity and USP compliant conductivity. Many of Hanna’s meters provide these measurements also. | HI5036-023 is a quick calibration solution for use with Hanna's GroLine pH and/or EC/TDS meters. Using the Quick Cal function found in compatible meters allows for a single point calibration for pH and/or conductivity sensors. Each bottle has the lot number and expiration date. Hanna's line of calibration solutions have been specially formulated to have an expiration of 5 years from the date of manufacture for an unopened bottle. The HI5036-023 is for 230 mL of calibration solution. Hermetically sealed to maintain freshness Two calibration solutions for the price of one Expiration date on label | ||||
